Abstract
This paper discusses ongoing research on how to enforce governmentcitizen ties in collaborative public services design and delivery among citizens and public service providers. It is discussed how fine-tuned collaboration support and public service information transparency and understandability can be designed to enhance government-citizen interactions. The research is contextualised into the COCKPIT project, which aims at providing a governance model for public service design and delivery and a metamodel for public services structural representation.
