The purpose of this paper is to develop an analysis framework for Food Supply Networks with particular focus on transaction risks, which is to be used within the European project e-Trust. Similarities and differences of existing Supply Network analysis models are classified and inspected for potential gaps. A literature overview is provided for transaction risks.
